Shipping policy

Processing. Orders ship within 1 business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your box leaves Holmes County.

Delivery. Standard U.S. delivery takes 2–7 business days after shipping. We ship to all 50 states, including PO boxes.

Cost. Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, rates are calculated at checkout.

International. We don't ship internationally at this time — contact us and we'll let you know when that changes.

Wrong address? Contact us immediately at (330) 231-3587. We can usually correct an address before the order ships.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us and we'll reship or refund — you won't be left chasing a carrier.
