How fast will my order arrive?
Orders leave within one business day. Delivery is typically 2 to 7 days depending on where you are.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $75. Subscriptions ship free on every delivery.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy?
A 60 day money-back guarantee. If it is not working for you, email us and we will refund it, even if the jar is empty. We would rather you told us than quietly gave up on it.
Taking our products
How many gummies should I take?
One gummy per day. Morning or afternoon, with or without food. Do not exceed the serving size on the label.
Our tinctures have their own serving size printed on the bottle, so check that rather than assuming it matches the gummies.

How long until I notice anything?
Adaptogens like ashwagandha work gradually rather than immediately. Most people take them daily for 2 to 4 weeks before forming a view. Consistency matters more than taking extra.
Can I take these with my other supplements or medication?
Ashwagandha is generally well tolerated, but it may interact with thyroid medication, immunosuppressants and sedatives.
Check with your doctor first if you take prescription medication, are pregnant, or are nursing. We would always rather you asked.

What do they taste like?
It depends which one. The Ashwagandha Gummies are strawberry mango. Each product page lists its own flavour.

How they are made
Who actually makes these?
We do. The Yoder family, in our own facility in Holmes County, Ohio. Every batch is made start to finish by us, in runs of about 200. There is no contract manufacturer.
Are your products tested?
Our products are made in a GMP facility here in the USA, and every ingredient is printed on the label with its amount beside it. No proprietary blends, nothing hidden behind a word like "complex."

Where do the ingredients come from?
We buy herbs and ingredients we can trace to their source. Formulation and bottling happen here in Holmes County, in small batches.

Who can buy the hemp products?
Adults 21 and over only. They cannot be shipped to Idaho, Kansas or Nebraska.
How much THC is in them?
Our full spectrum hemp products test at under 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That is well below the federal limit, and it is not enough to be intoxicating.
