For approved Yoder's Organics partners
The Partner Guide
Read this once before your first post. It covers your free jar, the #ad rule, what you can say, and how you get paid.
- About 5 minutes
- 6 short parts
- Updated October 2026
If you only read one part
- #ad comes first.Put it at the very start of every post about us.
- No health claims.Talk about your routine. Never say our gummies treat, cure or prevent anything.
- Post within 14 daysof your jar arriving. After that, as often as you like.
- Your own channels only.No paid ads, no coupon or deal sites.
- Paid on the 5thby PayPal each month, once you've earned $25.
1Your first week
- Claim your free jar. In your dashboard, click Claim on "Your free jar" and check out. It's free, shipping included.
- Add your PayPal email in your dashboard, so we can pay you.
- Find your link and code in your dashboard. They look like yodersorganics.com/sarah47 and SARAH10.
- Join the partner group on Facebook for post ideas and answers.
- Live with the jar for a week or so. One gummy a day with a meal.
- Post within 14 days of it arriving, with #ad at the start. After that, post as often as you like.
2Say it's an ad, every time
You get a free jar and a commission from us, so in the US every post about our products counts as a paid post, even before you've earned anything. The FTC requires your followers to see that clearly, and it keeps their trust in you.
Put #ad at the very start of the caption, before the "more" cut-off. On video, say it out loud too.
Counts
- #ad or #sponsored at the start
- "Ad:" at the start
- "Paid partnership with @yodersorganicsofficial"
- Saying "Yoder's Organics sent me this" on camera
Doesn't count
- #ad buried in the hashtags at the end
- #sp, #spon, #collab or #partner on their own
- Mentioning it only in your bio
- "Thanks Yoder's!" (it doesn't say it's paid)
How to label it on each app
| Where you post | What to do |
|---|---|
| Instagram posts and Reels | Start the caption with #ad and turn on the "Paid partnership" label |
| Instagram and Facebook Stories | Write "#ad" on the screen in text people can read |
| TikTok | Turn on the branded content setting and start the caption with #ad |
| YouTube | Tick "includes paid promotion" and say it in the first few seconds |
| Facebook posts | Start with #ad, and add the paid partnership label if it's offered |
| Blogs and emails | A clear line near the top: "I earn a commission if you buy through my link." |
3What you can say
Our products are supplements, not medicine. Talk about how you use them and why you picked them. Never say they treat, cure or prevent anything, and don't name conditions like anxiety, insomnia, depression or ADHD.
| Say this | Not this |
|---|---|
| "I take one with breakfast every morning." | "It cured my anxiety." |
| "It's become part of my wind-down routine." | "I finally sleep through the night because of this." |
| "Each gummy has 225 mg of ashwagandha and 200 mg of L-theanine." | "Clinically proven to lower stress." |
| "Made by hand by a family in Holmes County, Ohio." | "Better than anything your doctor gives you." |
| "I've been taking them for two weeks and I like the routine." | "You'll feel a difference in three days, guaranteed." |
Six more things to leave out
- Before and after photos, or promises of results.
- Calling the gummies certified organic, vegan, vegetarian, non-GMO or lab tested. Stick to what's printed on the label.
- Telling people to take more than one gummy a day, or two of our gummies together.
- Anything about CBD, hemp, or our free Sleep Gummy offer.
- Medical advice. Send health questions to a doctor. Anyone pregnant, nursing or on medication should check with theirs first; it's on the label.
- Children taking our products. They're for adults.
5Posts that sell
The posts that sell look like your normal content: the real jar, your real kitchen, the way you always talk.
- Hook them in the first two seconds, with the jar in your hand or a line like "the one supplement I've kept taking."
- Say why you picked it. A small family brand, made by hand, one gummy a day.
- Give your code twice: say it and put it in the caption. Add your link in your bio or a Story link sticker.
- Pin it or save it to a Story highlight, so it keeps working after the first day.
Three easy video ideas
- Part of my morning. Film your normal morning and show where the gummy fits in: coffee, breakfast, gummy, out the door.
- Unbox and taste. Open the jar, read the label out loud, try one and give your honest first take.
- Small brands I buy from. Share why you like supporting a family that makes everything by hand in Ohio.
Two caption starters
#ad Yoder's Organics sent me their Ashwagandha Gummies to try, and one with breakfast has become part of my morning. They're made by hand by a family in Ohio. Use my code SARAH10 for 10% off.
#ad A small family brand I've been buying from lately: Yoder's Organics. Peach mango gummies, one a day, and I like knowing exactly who made them. Link in my bio, or use SARAH10 for 10% off.
Swap in your own code and change the words so they sound like you. If you ticked the box when you applied, we may reshare your post, with credit.
6Link, code and pay
How do my link and code work?
If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is yours, and they get 10% off automatically. Your code works any time, even if they never clicked. Your own orders don't count.
How much do I earn?
15% of the product total after discounts (not shipping or tax). Once 10 of your sales in a month are approved, you move up to 20%, and after 30 you move up to 25%. Everyone starts back at 15% on the 1st. Your dashboard always shows your current rate.
When do I get paid?
We hold each sale for 30 days in case of a return, then it's approved. Approved commission is paid by PayPal on the 5th of each month, once you've earned $25 or more. Make sure your PayPal email is in your dashboard.
What about taxes?
If you're in the US, you'll be asked for a W-9 in your dashboard before you're paid. If we pay you $600 or more in a year, you'll get a 1099 form from us in January.
What if a post breaks the rules?
We look at every post. If something needs fixing, like a missing #ad or a health claim, we'll message you, and most fixes take a minute. If it happens again, or a health claim stays up, we'll end the partnership. It protects you as much as us.
Where do I ask questions?
In the partner group, or email orders@yodersorganics.com. We read everything.
Thanks for sharing what our family makes. Honest posts from people your followers already trust mean more to us than any ad.
